Overview of Role:

We are looking for fun and nurturing teachers with experience teaching students age 0-6.

Our preschool teachers are responsible for coordinating the daily operations of their assigned classroom. Teachers will plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for children in a safe environment. They will work directly with children and parents daily to build strong relationships and provide quality service.

• Observe children’s interests and work with other teachers to develop creative ideas for an engaging curriculum
• Work with students to meet developmental milestones
• Communicate with parents daily, sharing their children’s latest adventures
• Engage with other childcare professionals and continue to grow in your profession

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 months of previous experience
• Completion of state-required pre-service training (Basic Health and Safety, COVID-19 Safety, ADA)
• CPR/First Aid Certified
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. For Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
