We are looking for:

Job Types: Full time

**Pay: $12.00-$13.25 per hour depending on experience and education**
After 6 months of employment a bonus of $2200+

Your role will help develop young children's minds by aiding in developing their social, emotional and cognitive skills through structured play. Ideal canidate will be dependable, hard-working, creative, positive, a team player, and most importantly, love children. You must be prepared to laugh, love, and learn more about children than you ever have! This is by far one the most joyest places to work, but you must be prepared to accept the challenges and benifits this job has to offer!

You MUST love to give hugs, wipe boogers, hold a crying toddler, get a dental inspection by a two year old, have a pretend coversation "on the phone", and most of all eat pretend food like a champ!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitors and supervises children keeping them safe and healthy..
Helps children maintain good hygiene and changes the diapers of the children.
Assists in implementing activities designed to help children learn about their world and develop their own interests.
Exhibits strong active listening skills and social perceptiveness abilities.
Possesses the ability to keep children engaged and under control.
Demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to manage time and multi-task effectively.
Spends most of the day moving around the room interacting with and caring for children.
Has to lift and carry children, move tables and chairs, bend and pick up toys, reach high shelves and sit on the floor to play games throughout the day.
Experiences a high level of noise at times during the day.
Deals with minor injuries or other accidents that may occur with young children.
Washes hands frequently throughout the day, especially after each diaper change, after helping each child in the bathroom and before serving lunch or snacks.
