Valiant is seeking a motivated industrial security minded professional to join the Security Department. The Industrial Personnel Security Specialist will support the security team by performing diverse security related administrative functions in performance of a full range of security services.

The Industrial Personnel Security Specialist will support the security team by performing diverse security related administrative functions in performance of a full range of security services. This will include initiating/reviewing/submitting SF 86, processing visit requests, conducting clearance separations/terminations and processing badge request.

The responsibilities will include:

• Provide personnel and physical security program support across multiple CAGE codes
• Perform diverse personnel security related administrative functions through the security workflow systems
• Provide security investigation vetting support to include reviewing of security clearance questionnaire (SF-86) and other government forms
• DISS and SIMS security clearance data entry
• Perform administrative tasks to include producing and adjusting security reports, badge processing, and verifying proof of citizenship
• Facilitate and manage foreign pre-travel briefings and post-travel debriefings as required
• Assist FSO with self-inspection activities, as well as ensuring compliance in accordance with the NISPOM and other applicable government directives

• Must be a US Citizen - ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Detail oriented and reliable.
• Ability to multi-task and meet critical deadlines.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Knowledge and experience with utilizing DISS and utilizing SIMS preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of the 32 CFR part 117 NISPOM Rule and standard policies and procedures of Physical, Personnel and Industrial Security preferred.
