Job description

RAO Manufacturing is looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift, Fridley facility maintenance team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience performing equipment maintenance, repairs, installations, and troubleshooting.

Candidates must fit well in a fast-paced industrial environment to ensure all scheduled machine and facilities maintenance tasks are completed on time and functioning properly.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• 3+ years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance
• 3+ years of experience in facility maintenance
• 3+ years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance
• 3+ years of experience in hydraulic equipment maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Ability and desire to troubleshoot problems and determine the root cause
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication skills, must work well with other people
• Ability and desire to work within a team environment

Shift Hours:

2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday: 2:00 p.m. - 12:30 a.m. – Overtime available as needed
