Responsible for crews proper, safe use of equipment and rigging.
Proficient in the use of all safety equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot & repair equipment in the field.
Proficient in the use of all testing equipment and training others to use.
Communicate with owners, engineers, project managers, crew and upper management in a positive, productive manner.
Maintain all equipment/service equipment when needed.
Keep an organized, clean, efficient job site and job shack.
Fill out all paperwork daily and review crews’ timecards daily.
Send in appropriate paperwork with timecards weekly.
Project a positive, fun, healthy environment for all co-workers.
Correct any unsafe practices immediately and report to supervisors.
Seek instant process improvements to maximize efficiency of the job.
Be proactive/forward thinking in all areas of management/evaluation.

Qualifications:
Certified in welding
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Ability to accept responsibility and account for own actions
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in written form
Basic computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
