Responsibilities:
Specific Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Identify leads and close qualified candidates that can support ERP’s customers’ requirements.
- Recruit for and close key hires for in demand positions such as Java Development, Information Security Engineers, and Agile Project Managers.
- Pipeline, screen and qualify applicants in preparation for candidate profile submission and company/customer approval.
- Represent the organization in a professional and compliant manner.
- Provide a positive candidate experience.
- Thorough knowledge of the principles and best practices of talent acquisition, including applicable federal, state and local laws.
- Mature network of technical and business professionals that can translate to qualified future hires.
- Possesses own resources to recruit for and identify qualified candidates.
- Knowledge of sourcing for vacancies that require clearances.
- A solid understanding of the staffing market: services, competitors, technologies, trends, and contracts
- Exceptional communicator.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial.
- Experience using ICIMS
