Overview:
ERP International is seeking to partner with Independent Technical Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialists to assist the organization with providing full lifecycle recruitment in support of our Digital Solutions practice area. The Independent Technical Recruiter will work as a 1099 contractor to recruit for and fill vacancies of their choosing and will be paid a flat fee for each candidate submitted that is successfully hired by the company.

Responsibilities:

Specific Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Identify leads and close qualified candidates that can support ERP’s customers’ requirements.
  • Recruit for and close key hires for in demand positions such as Java Development, Information Security Engineers, and Agile Project Managers.
  • Pipeline, screen and qualify applicants in preparation for candidate profile submission and company/customer approval.
  • Represent the organization in a professional and compliant manner.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
Ideal Recruitment Partner Possesses :
  • Thorough knowledge of the principles and best practices of talent acquisition, including applicable federal, state and local laws.
  • Mature network of technical and business professionals that can translate to qualified future hires.
  • Possesses own resources to recruit for and identify qualified candidates.
  • Knowledge of sourcing for vacancies that require clearances.
  • A solid understanding of the staffing market: services, competitors, technologies, trends, and contracts
  • Exceptional communicator.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial.
  • Experience using ICIMS

  • All engaged recruiters will sign an agreement and receive an overview on process.
