JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for preparing food for residents, employees and guests; assisting with assembling food items used in prep of menu.
- Trims/cuts meats and fowl
- Measures/weighs/mixes ingredients
- Informs sup of product and equipment needs and maintains clean orderly work station.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school grad or equivalent
- Minimum of two years cooking experience knowledge of institutional kitchen operations, sanitation, safety, standardized recipes and proper food storage.
- Fine dining restaurant experience
