POSITION: COOK

DEPT: Culinary Services
REPORTS TO: Executive Chef
HOURS: Full time; Wednesday through Saturday and Sunday brunch

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Responsible for preparing food for residents, employees and guests; assisting with assembling food items used in prep of menu.
  • Trims/cuts meats and fowl
  • Measures/weighs/mixes ingredients
  • Informs sup of product and equipment needs and maintains clean orderly work station.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school grad or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years cooking experience knowledge of institutional kitchen operations, sanitation, safety, standardized recipes and proper food storage.
  • Fine dining restaurant experience
