Our Automotive Group is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to be a part of our team as our In and Out Quick Lane Technician. As the In and Out Quick Lane Technician, you will be responsible for providing advanced auto services with exceptional customer service in a fast paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with mechanics regarding appropriate service options
- Explain all service options to customers, including cost estimates
- Track maintenance or repair status, fill out reports on labor and cost of all services
- Advise customers on warranty protections
- Perform routine customer service duties; i.e. answering phones, scheduling service appointments, and calling customers with service updates
- Manage shop workflow and schedule for mechanics and technicians
- Review shop performance to meet company goals and budgets
- Responsible for associate and development staffing
- Provide technical assistance and support
Qualifications:
- Must have managerial experience (Deal Breaker)
- HS Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lead and coach others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team'
