Our client is seeking a Identity & Access Management Consultant to be located onsite at their New York City facility in Manhattan. The ideal candidate will possess strong CIB business experience either as an employee or as a consultant.
The main objective is to drive deployment of the new IAM program. This is a permanent FTE role with full benefits.

Responsibilities of the Identity & Access Management Consultant

Our client's CIB division is launching an IAM Program to address strong pain points:

Significant time spent by managers to process, rectify and provide access rights to users Average of 300 items to rectify per manager Average of 50 requests to perform per manager for new joiners Up to 30% of entitlements does not have a description

The proposed program aims at contributing to:

Reduce the time dedicated to granting access rights to users Ensure that the right access goes to the right users Redefine the norms by creating business roles for application profiles Prevent inappropriate behavior of users Reach a 50%/60% of clear business roles

Qualifications of the Identity & Access Management Consultant

Strong CIB business experience either as an employee or as a consultant Knowledge of Single Sign on and Advanced Authentication (Federation and Risk Based Authentication) Prior background working at major management consulting firms such as McKinsey & Company, Deloitte Consulting LLP, etc. Excellent analytical, planning and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and cope with challenging situations 4+ years experience as a Management Consultant or another relevant role Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal CISSP certification is a big plus Well-organized, detail oriented, has great communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
