Holey Cream is a growing Ice Cream and Donut Shop. We are the Home of the Famous Original Donut Ice Cream Sandwich. We sell ice cream, donuts, brownies, cupcakes, and frozen yogurt, as well as sundaes, smoothies and milkshakes. We currently have three locations in Manhattan!

We are looking for Team Leaders who have a positive attitude, strong leadership and mentoring skills, awesome customer service attitudes, and love to work in a fast paced environment.

Our Team scoops ice cream, decorates baked goods and prepares in store and delivery orders, while managing the register and interacting with customers in a friendly way.

Responsibilities include:

- Leading and mentoring the counter staff working with you, while leading by example.

- Preparing and serving menu items including ice cream, donuts, brownies, milk shakes, sundaes and waffle cones.

- Expediting and managing the delivery process (Grubhub, UberEats, Postmates, Doordash, Relay, etc.)

- Accurately processing transactions thru POS.

- Initiating suggestive selling and mentoring the team to do this as well

- Ensuring all Health Codes and Sanitation are properly followed by the team

We are a busy late night and weekend business (open until 2am) – you should be available to work those times.

You should be:

-Enthusiastic about ice cream
-Food Service experience a plus
-NYC Food Handler’s Certificate a plus

- Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

- Able to work calmly during very busy periods
- Understanding of the importance to complete all required tasks before leaving a shift
- During slow periods, engage in cleaning, organizing or fulfilling other shift responsibilities
- Review the store environment and complete tasks without being asked to do so
- Contribute to a positive and healthy work environment
- Receive and arrange deliveries from vendors
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Be able to stand for up to 8 hours
- Ability to train and motivate other team members
