HVAC Technician/General Maintenance
Job description
Our fun-filled senior living facility is seeking a well-rounded HVAC Technician to join our great Plant Operations team, Position is full time, no weekends. One of the great benefits of the position is the interaction you will have with our highly energetic residents and the satisfaction you will have from making their day!
Position will provide expertise in the field of HVAC but will also support the overall plant operations/maintenance of our community which includes a 13 year old independent living building, villas and our brand new 70 unit personal care/memory care facility. Previous experience is preferred however consideration will be given to a new/soon to be graduate of a formal training program. License is strongly preferred.
