Job Description·

• Responsible for performing all preventive maintenance work related to HVAC and electrical equipment as described on the asset list preventive maintenance plan
• Responsible for executing daily tours to ensure its building is operational
• Responsible for responding to urgent tenant or GSA issues and coordinating resolution with its colleagues
• Responsible for completing work orders / preventive maintenance checklists related to HVAC
• Responsible for completing work orders / preventive maintenance checklist for equipment not necessarily under its primary duties if deemed necessary by the corporation

Requirements

HVAC license certification

EPA 608 Certification Type 2 or greater and one or more of the following certifications.

North American Technician Excellence (N.A.T.E.)

Salary: From $28.00 per hour
