Adam Mechanical is hiring HVAC Service Technicians to join their experienced team of technicians in Havertown, Pa. The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of industry experience and values good customer service. The service area will typically be 30 minutes from our office and does not extend into the city of Philadelphia.

The individual in this role must have the interest to provide our customers with exceptional service. Our technicians specialize in their professions, maintain a safe working environment with the highest ethical standards, and are comfortable making service and product recommendations to our loyal client base.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relatable experience in HVAC installation and/or service.
• Experience adhering to industry safety protocols.
• Exceptional communication skills and customer service attitude.
• Basic hand tools required; larger items provided by the company.
• EPA certification required or willing to immediately obtain.
• Good knowledge of electrical and refrigeration circuits.
• Clean driver’s license, ability to pass a drug screening, and criminal background check in accordance with state laws.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with service and repair of heating and air conditioning systems.
• Explaining the benefits of service or equipment recommendations on appointments.
• Exceptional customer service and providing comprehensive overviews of technical service.
• Proper use and adherence to safety standards in a client home and while operating all company-issued vehicles, tools, equipment, etc.
• Verifying completion of work and keeping accurate logs of customer equipment status and service.
• Be an active, supporting member of the Adam Mechanical team

Compensation: $60,000 to 80,000 + Bonus + Commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
