POSITION OVERVIEW

We're a fast growing property management company with over 600 single-family and multi-family homes across the Front Range. We're looking for a licensed HVAC and Plumbing service technician who hustles, has high integrity, takes pride in their work and doesn't need to be micromanaged. If this is you, give us a call!
Essential Functions:
- Schedule work orders with tenants and property owners.
- Troubleshoot HVAC/furnaces and submit estimates for approval.
- Install HVAC/furnaces if necessary.
- Install hot water heaters.
- Troubleshoot/diagnose residential leaks.
- Clear drains and sewer back ups.
COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS
Qualification:
- Residential HVAC and plumbing: 3 years (preferred).
- Residential Plumbing License.
- Driver's License (required).
- EPA Type I Certification (required).
- EPA Type II Certification (preferred).
Job Details:
- Salary: $35-$55 per hour (based on experience).
- Type: full-time.
