We are seeking Service Technicians that want to live, work, and play in the Colorado mountains. We are serving the ski resort communities of Vail, Aspen, Breckenridge, Beaver Creek, Steamboat Springs, and Glenwood Springs.

Job Description:
We are seeking full time Service Technicians that are knowledgeable in the HVAC Industry and have the ability to talk to customers and make suggestions for maintenance and repairs. Customer Satisfaction is a huge focus, we want someone that enjoys their career and helping their customers.

Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain Heating and Air Conditioning solutions.
• Troubleshoot and consult with customers for the best solution
• Collaborate as a team to provide a world class customer experience
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the Heating and Air Conditioning industry
• NATE Certifications a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Valid drivers license and ability to be insured on company insurance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work to in many different locations and weather conditions

Salary:

• $20.00-$45.00 hourly D.O.E

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
