Base requirements:
- 5 Years minimum experience
- Clean MVR
- EPA and R-410A certification
- Professional appearance and attitude
Experience preferred servicing the following:
- Boiler Maintenance, annuals, and repairs.
- Centrifugal, screw, reciprocating, and air-cooled Chillers annuals and maintenance.
- Joy and Flak fans
- Packaged Rooftops of all makes and sizes
- Built up air handling systems of all makes and sizes
- Refrigeration equipment from medical equipment to large warehouse applications
- Pneumatic controls
- Electronic controls and relay logic
- Building automation systems
- Ability to troubleshoot systems not just individual components
- Installation and startup of equipment
