- QT matches employee’s contribution at a 50% rate for up to 6% of their annual pay.

Requirements for this position include:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Graduate of a reputable refrigeration school or successful completion of Apprenticeship Program
• Mechanical aptitude including a basic knowledge of (HVACR) systems, electronic equipment, carpentry, painting, and plumbing
• Minimum six (6) months refrigeration systems experience with EPA Type I, Type II, or Universal certification is required
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair general equipment
• Ability to efficiently route and prioritize work orders daily
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• The hours for this position may vary according to projects and deadlines and will include overnights, holidays, and weekends.
