Experience: More than 1 year

Skill Level:

• Must be able to install ductwork, pipe and flex with no supervision.
• Must be able to install vent systems for furnaces, water heaters, bath vents, kitchen hoods and downdraft appliances.
• Start/Test Installer must be able to handle all the tasks of this job with no supervision.
• These tasks include the installing drain lines, thermostats, refrigerant piping, vent systems, TXV's, ductwork, setting equipment, gas piping, zoning, variable capacity systems, and blue tooth systems, etc.
• Must understand the basics of RNC rough-in installations including both the duct side and start/test requirements.
• Setting all types of residential equipment including generators.
• Start/Test Installers are required to have all personal tools required to become a Installation Technician.
• Familiarity with the different types of equipment, operation, and the of start-up and operation.
• Working conditions will include rooftops, concrete structures, ceilings, crawlspaces, attics, basements, extreme weather conditions, etc.
• Work each day to the Sundown Rule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Installation technician is responsible for relaying information from the Plan of Attack Meetings to the apprentice

Requirements:

• Must have valid driver's license (clean driving record).
• Must have good attendance and willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Must have minimum personal tools on required list.
• Possess the ability to read and write English to a High School level
• Must be able to work on call Saturdays once a month these are scheduled

Leadership:

• Responsible for their apprentice which includes all work completed to GSM Standards
• Responsible for their own time and the apprentice
• Responsible for setting up inspections
• Collecting payments
