Job description
There is a Human Resources Support Specialist position available at the Kish Innovation Center in Reedsville, Mifflin County.
The main responsibilities of the role include supporting HR and Payroll tasks in recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, rewards and recognition, employee engagement, employee development in partnership with Training & Education, payroll, benefits, and reporting processes; and providing support to the HR department and all team members of the organization while maintaining high level of confidentiality.
The qualifications of this position include Associate’s degree and 4 years related experience or Bachelor’s degree with 2 years related experience, preferably in HR, payroll or accounting, or related field; minimum 3 year’s proven experience in similar role; effective organizational, time-management, oral and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships; skilled with Excel and Word; and able to work independently and in a team-based environment.
