The mission of CompuNet Clinical Laboratories is to provide quality diagnostic laboratory services to improve health outcomes within the communities we serve.

Full Time Day shift, Located at the Sandridge Drive Location

Responsible for managing a variety of HR Functions including, but not limited to recruitment, employment processes, and general employee relations throughout the company.

Duties

• Ensure effective and efficient employment processes and procedures to recruit and retain a high quality workforce.
• Plan, organize, direct and control new employee orientation, and first year on-boarding processes; provide feedback on Company's first year effectiveness to the Talent Manager.
• Conduct exit interviews and compile reports related to exit interviews.
• Conduct progress checks with new hires.
• Maintain department records and collect statistical data for administrative, quality assurance, regulatory, and employee relations purposes.
• Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the organization by promoting and encouraging the goals outlined on the CompuNet Road Map and help promote activities to achieve metrics.
• Continue professional development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in human resources or related business discipline, or related experience.
• Must have demonstrated skills in interpersonal communication and problem solving.
• Must have a working knowledge of Windows-based software applications.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and data.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Prove ability to exercise sound reasoning and independent judgment.
