  • 4+ years of Human Resource background within a Large Manufacturing Environment
  • PHR/SHRM-CP Certification.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resource metrics.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Experience with conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines.
  • Ability and willingness to develop and give presentations.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including; Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Maintain a smooth onboarding process.
  • Employee relations including investigations, disciplinary and termination process.

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR analytics/metrics.
  • Direct the company’s overall compensation structure; conduct industry-related job and salary surveys and analyze results; make recommendations regarding compensation to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Develop, recommend, and interpret organizational policies and procedures; prepare and maintain Employee Handbooks and Policy Information Manuals; communicate policies and procedures and ensure compliance with the same.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
