We are seeking a Human Resource Manager who is passionate about people, committed to delivering an exceptional experience for employees, and is motivated by an entrepreneurial work environment.

The Role:

As the HR Manager you will be a vital partner to the organization’s business unit leaders, ensuring that they have the right talent in place to achieve their goals. You will work closely with the executive team to help deliver the firm’s strategic plan and key messages to staff. Having a strong sense of partnership, ability to work well on a team, excellent communication skills and careful attention to detail will be vital to success in this role. Given our entrepreneurial environment, you will also have the autonomy to create change and explore creative new solutions.

· Recruitment/Selection process

· Onboarding/Offboarding functions ownership

· Compensation and benefit plan administration

· Compliance and audit management

· Policy and procedures development and review

· Employee relationship and performance management

· Employee professional development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
