Job Summary: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This role formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.

Job Summary:
Job Requirements:
- Partners with business unit leaders in support of their human capital agenda –to include but not limited to: organizational design and effectiveness, talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation analysis, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, talent acquisition and leadership development and talent planning.
- Provides internal client groups with HR thought leadership, organization design, coaching and guidance for Employee Engagement Action Planning, Employee Development, compensation planning, Incentive Plan administration and Performance Management.
- Provides talent acquisition support which may include interviewing, conducting interview training, writing job descriptions, creating interview guides and overseeing pre-employment assessments.
- Coordinates and collaborates with MyHR, Payroll, Learning & Development, HR Technology, Recruiting, Benefits & Compensation to provide service excellence to client groups.
- Develops HR programs, trainings, facilitations and projects to support business needs. Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal & compliance departments as needed/required.
- Other projects, process-improvements and duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business or related or a combination of relevant work and educational experience.
- Post-graduate work preferred.
- HR Certification preferred.
Work Experience
- Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience and client-facing responsibility.
Skills
- Demonstrated ability to build highly effective working relationships, drive collaboration across teams, develop processes that contribute to enhanced organizational efficiency and track results.
- Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred), reporting and HR Analytics.
- Advanced MS Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Project Management skills with the ability to complete projects independently.
- Maturity to handle sensitive information, maintain confidentiality and make sound decisions.

- Employee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands. - This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
Other Requirements
- Overnight Travel, up to 25% required for meetings, training and market visits.
