Job Details:
- FT/PT Status: Full-Time
- Shift: Day (Monday - Friday)
- Hourly Rate: $18- $20/hr (DOE)
United Salad Co. is one of the area’s largest family-owned distributors of fresh produce, grocery, and food service products across the Pacific Northwest region. Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate customer service to employees while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Post job advertisements and source qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
- Conduct interviews for a wide range of positions for multiple locations within the company.
- Complete the hiring process which includes verifying the candidate's background check, drug test, and motor vehicle records are acceptable for hire.
- Process new hire paperwork and ensure I-9, W-4 documentations, and E-Verify are compliant.
- Facilitate new hire orientation every week.
- Supports HR Director and HR Manager with other assigned duties such as LinkedIn Learning development plan, Benefit Distribution, and Employee Separations
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- 2+ years of work experience in a customer service or human resources field.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Highly detail-oriented and ability to use good judgment.
- Demonstrates ability to provide excellent customer service and professionalism.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, depending on the needs of the business.
- Written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Familiar with MS Office – specifically Excel and Outlook.
The position is contingent upon a successful background check, an acceptable motor vehicle records check, and the ability to pass a drug screen, including THC.
