HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR SUMMARY*
Milestone is currently hiring a Human Resources Administrator that will be based out of our Midland, TX office. The HR Administrator provides diversified administrative support to one or more functional areas within Human Resources interacting with departments and groups of professionals and management throughout the Company. Coordinates human resources administrative support including, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation and HRIS/payroll data integrity and reporting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Ensures that programs are carried out in accordance with company's policies and procedures.
- Carries out responsibilities in benefits, administering and advising employees and management on the interpretation of benefit policies, programs, and procedures.
- Coordinates workflow and procedures between Human Resources and other departments.
- Answer questions regarding HR policies and practices, benefits, compensation, and compliance, and provides accurate and timely information or directs to proper person for handling.
- Reconcile monthly invoices/statements and ensures timely submission to accounting for payment to vendors.
- Prepares periodic reports required by managers and governmental entities.
- Provides information and timely communication to managers regarding employee communication.
- Processes and records information, such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data; attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, and termination data and reason.
- Modifies formats as required, prepares reports. Ensures data integrity through input verification and calculations.
- Maintains record changes on all employee status as necessary; e.g., change of address, departmental information, rate increases, terminations, etc.
- Processes recruitment logistics and applications for employment with department management and other related employment activities as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED equivalent. College preferred. Degree and SHRM-CP certification a plus. Minimum of three years of experience in a Human Resources role in a professional environment. Strong background and experience in general office practices and procedures. Direct experience with knowledge of departmental function, procedures, terminology and interrelationships.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- PC skills with knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and other departmental software programs.
- Ability to maintain spreadsheets and modify formats in order to complete assignments and ability to recommend improvements.
