Responsibilities:

  • Post-employment counsel to employees leaving the firm with references to follow-up support and contact.
  • Build knowledge base articles (KBAs) Assist with the development of knowledge base articles to support current in-scope functional areas.
  • Administer and conduct processing Conduct processing across specialty areas. This may include but is not limited to onboarding, payroll, LOA requests and tracking cases, conducting, and supporting benefits administration, job, or department changes, etc.
  • Enter and approve transactions in Workday - maintaining accurate Workday data entry and reporting, processing new hire paperwork, employee terminations, and maintaining up-to-date and accurate employee files Knowledge Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices.
  • Excellent PC skills including MS Office and HRIS (Workday, ServiceNow) Skills Excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal) are necessary to present the Human Resources department professionally when partnering with internal colleagues and external clients.
  • Must be able to think tactically as well as strategically.
  • The ability to learn quickly, and demonstrate business expertise, and organizational savvy.
  • Must be resourceful, independent, and possess effective problem solving and follow-through skills.
  • The ability to adapt and evolve as situations or projects arise while proactively providing solutions to opportunities that present themselves. The ability to maintain confidentiality is a must.
