Responsibilities:
The HR Business Partner II (HRBP) provides HR consultation and integrated solutions to business leaders and employees, integrating HR
strategies that align with the business needs. Anticipates and plans for human resources needs and trends in partnership with business
leaders and HR centers of excellence including Employee Relations, Talent Management and General HR Administration strategies.

Salary Range - $75,000 - $92,000 (Salary determined by applicable experience)

Qualifications


Education

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or related field.

Preferred: Concentration in Human Resources preferred

Experience

Required: 4+ years of general Human Resources experience, including Employee Relations and HR Generalist. Excellent consultative, client service and interpersonal skills; able to effectively influence and manage key relationships across diverse departments and organizational levels; Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using sound judgement that is consistent with Kelsey-Seybold culture, standards, practices, and/or employment law.

Preferred: Healthcare human resources preferred, or healthcare background

License(s)

Required
: N/A

Preferred: PHR or SPHR certification

Special Skills

Required: Flexible to changing priorities, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be customer focused while understanding the need for absolute confidentiality. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and guidance and independently set own work priorities, working directly with senior leadership as needed. Work collaboratively with both internal and external partners.

Other

Required: Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, time-management, and facilitation skills. Ability to competently utilize Microsoft Office software products and HRIS software.
