Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Hubspot Administrator & Email Specialist will be responsible for supporting and administrating HubSpot, specifically, on a day-to-day basis within HubSpot. This role requires an understanding of lead segmentation, workflows, and email deliverability in HubSpot. This position is responsible for creating/modifying and measuring the success of workflows to report on KPIs. The person in this role will drive adoption, create email reports, improve existing processes, deploy new methods, and support the marketing team to accelerate growth and scale.

Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will possess natural curiosity, be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards.
• This role requires hands-on experience with HubSpot, social media, email marketing, Google Analytics, third-party integrations, and other digital marketing technologies.
• This candidate will work closely with the VP of Marketing, the Content Marketing Manager, and external Digital Marketing Vendors; Strong project management and communication skills are required.
• Know your way around email automation and content management systems
• Excellent at solving problems and has an analytical mindset
• Proven ability to execute A/B testing strategies and dynamic content
• Hands-on experience integrating email marketing tools with Shopify and WordPress
• Comfortable multi-tasking and eager to take on more than one project
• Must possess a passion for learning industry-leading marketing technologies, tactics, and best practices
• Proven success in leading the adaptation of new marketing strategies and tools
• Ability to work on a team and independently and work remotely
• Well-organized and good at managing their own time
• Able to communicate technical information in terms that are easy to understand
• Highly organized individual and pride yourself on keeping track of small details
• Demonstrated ability using creative design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or related products to build sophisticated marketing campaigns
• High levels of multitasking, time management, and organization skills

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business analytics, or a related discipline
• HubSpot Inbound certification is required before applying, and a successful candidate will be ready to acquire more HubSpot certifications.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM and email marketing tools, including Hubspot, Mailchimp
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation are required - responsible for managing workload and working remotely.
• 1- 3 years of experience in marketing automation, marketing operations, and campaign management
