Job description
The Human Resource Specialist will be responsible for assisting human resource generalist duties such as interviewing, hiring and promoting employees, as well as other administrative tasks. The successful candidate for this position must have excellent computer skills and will be responsible for record keeping, responsive to the needs of staff, stay abreast of changes in labor laws and work to reduce expenses.
Responsibilities:
- Draft responses to inquiries and complaints.
- Assist with personnel issues.
- Assist with the hiring process from pre-screening to recommendation and follow-up.
- Oversee the absenteeism and tardiness policy.
- Work with the HR Coordinate on HR activities with the needs of the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
