Job description
Key responsibilities may include:
- Provides direct support to company employees, managers and other HR groups as part of a centralized function to handle a variety of HR-related support and transactions. May respond to inquiries via online resources and/or telephone.
- Receives and responds to requests concerning HR transactions and employee data maintenance.
- Key user of global SAP HCM, enters and validates employee personal and organizational data.
- Creates and updates employee data reports, statistics and basic analyses for internal use.
- Receives and responds to requests concerning HR transactions and employee data maintenance.
- Processes various paper and electronic forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire onboarding, change-of-status, termination of employment, etc.
- Inputs employee personal data into human resources information/computer system (HRIS) database and/or documents activities as requested.

- Efficient, high-quality support minimizes administrative distraction for employees, managers, and HR
- Positive and intuitive employee/manager experience
- High data quality
- Insights from Service Center used to drive improvements to HR processes, communications, etc.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years related experience in transaction processing or HR Representative experience in HR Operations/HR Shared Services
- College degree or equivalent experience required
- Strong customer service commitment and skills; focus on constant improvement
- Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate across functions
- Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information.
- Experience or education in HR helpful
- Ability to work with complex processes and systems
- Experience working with data and technology
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
- Experience with case management tools
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- SAP Human Capital Management experience
- Brass Ring Experience
- Previous experience working in a shared service delivery model.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
