Job description

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing HR strategies, improving retention and employee satisfaction, and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects. The goal is to ensure that all HR needs are being met and are aligned with all business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new employees
• Create Recruiting plans
• Manage payroll and employee benefits
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
• Advocate for employee retention and development
• Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
• Coordinate on boarding, payroll, benefits and other HR Functions.
• Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
• Cultivate a company culture and retention strategy
• Create Diversity initiatives

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an HR Manager
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
• SHRM or PIHRA Certification
• Experience in conflict resolution
• Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong leadership qualities
• Proven ability to recruit talent for hard to fill roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
