Summary

As the primary point of contact for human resources, the HR Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of human resources operations. This role will be instrumental to ensuring the company attracts and retains the best talent, while preserving its culture.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Recruiting, interviewing and onboarding employees
- Maintaining employee handbook and policies and procedures
- Managing benefits
- Processing payroll
- Ensuring the organization's compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related business field
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated ability to improve employee morale
- Comprehensive understanding of local, state and federal employment laws
- Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
