Job description
NOTE: In order to work at a casino in the state of PA, you will be required to apply for and obtain a valid PA Gaming License. Candidates who accept an offer of employment will meet with the Human Resources team who will guide them through the licensing process.
Job duties and responsibilities
- Assist all internal/external guests offering support and fielding inquiries ensuring the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date information for all employees, which includes updating information from documents such as Personnel Action Notices, Performance Documents, Evaluations and other forms as needed
- Complete and update all I-9 information as needed
- Create and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports to include Personnel Action Notice Log and monthly employee lists to appropriate recipients
- Respond to requests from employees and/or businesses requesting employment information.
- Assist in all aspects of the onboarding process to include hiring and training
- Assist in applicant screening, facilitating new hire orientation and other training programs as needed, entering new hire paperwork and training sessions into human resource database system
- Gather information so as to help employees get answers promptly and by tracking and
processing evaluations and other documentation as assigned - Provide accurate information to and from employees regarding any and all benefitrelated
issues including FMLA, ADA and insurance questions - Act as initial point of contact for ADA and FMLA inquiries
- Work with benefits enrollers
- Any other assigned duties and responsibilities
Experience
Preferred- Recruiting and employee engagement experience preferred
- Prefer one to two years Human Resources experience
Education
Required- High School or better
Licenses & Certifications
Required- PA Gaming License
