The HR Coordinator provides administrative support to the Human Resource function, including record-keeping, Learning Management System updates and developments and full cycle recruiting,
Job Overview:
  • Recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, interviews, reference checks and performing background checks.
  • Gather and report employee metrics from time to hire and turnover rates per department.
  • Tracks work anniversaries and handle other employee recognition/engagement programs and produces monthly company newsletter.
  • Coordinate training through Learning Management System and develop new training to remain compliant with Federal, State, and local laws.
  • Assist in maintaining employee digital files in the HRIS system.
  • Other HR duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Minimum (1) one year of experience in recruiting management-level employees and (1) one year of experience comparable to HR Coordinator.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills/Abilities
  • Experience in full cycle recruiting
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
