Our team is seeking a HR Coordinator to join our team!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Complete biweekly payroll processing using ADP.
- Process attendance for the hourly workforce.
- Month End Closing Journal Entries for 401k and payroll.
- Payroll invoices.
- Prepares reports by compiling summaries of salaries, payroll taxes, benefits and other employee related expenses.
- Provide customer service on a variety of HR topics to all employees.
- Support the recruiting process by setting up interviews, coordinating applicant paperwork, and maintaining the on-line recruiting system as required.
- Advertising and posting jobs externally based on recruiter ad hiring manager recommendations.
- May review resumes and screen applicants for applicable background and skills.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
- 2+ years of payroll experience
- Experience with ADP Workforce now
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 per year
