Kendu currently employs more than 180 people across their international facilities in San Sebastian (Spain), London, Singapore, and Miami. We provide retailers with turnkey in-store visual communications solutions aimed at improving the shoppers’ experience in-store. Kendu’s key business areas are Project Execution including technical plans, in-house manufacturing, integration of 3rd party solutions and installation; and Campaign Management comprising of digital and graphic content creation, printing, delivery, and data control. Kendu has also developed in-house award-winning solutions such as Smart frame (SEG fabric frames & lightboxes) and Flowbox, the next-generation dynamic lightbox that combines graphics and motion.
We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist with a background in Organizational Support. At Kendu, a successful HR generalist combines relationships with employees and leaders with expertise in the HR field to guide essential projects.
Functions:
- Personnel management: clocking control, elaboration of reports, absenteeism, labor costs.
- Maintenance of all staff files.
- Provide full support to the employees’ questions in terms of personnel administration.
- Payroll processing twice a month. Liaise with ADP for employee additions and removals
Requirements:
- University degree in work psychology or Human Resources Management (preferred).
- English and Spanish at proficiency level.
- General knowledge on all HR domains.
