The Starboard Group of Companies currently owns and operates 101 franchise restaurants of multiple brands. Some are quick service restaurants, and some are fast casual restaurants. We currently operate restaurants in seven states across the US and have over 3,000 employees and we are growing! The HR Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager on HR matters and assists with aspects of payroll file administration.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Performs customer service functions by responding to employment verifications, unemployment verifications and wage statement information for the WOTC.

· Conducts Benefit Entries

· Requests and Creates New Hire Folders for Management

· Assists HR Manager/Payroll Manager with various research projects and/or special projects.

· Makes photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions.

· Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files.

· Processes mail.

Dependability—the individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
