Position Purpose:

Provide a top-notch guest experience through thorough cleaning and organization of assigned areas. Provide direct assistance in room cleanliness, support of common areas, and other projects.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Strip, sort, and treat all linens to ensure cleanliness and freshness expectations are achieved. Ensure beds are prepared to expectations with fresh linens.
  • Support room attendants and housekeeping team with the delivery of supplies, and organization of supplies/essentials. May include delivery to guests as requested.
  • Ensure cleanliness of common areas, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and other floor treatment needs.
  • May support guests with assistance in transporting luggage and personal items to and from the room.
  • Providing onsite guest support, queries, or requests through a high-quality customer service approach.
  • Works cohesively with guest service, housekeeping, groundskeeping, and other departments to exceed guest expectations and achieve company and departmental goals.
  • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
  • Ensure the property is always guest-ready.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Provides regular and reliable attendance

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • At least 1+ year of hospitality experience in housekeeping


Physical Demands


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee frequently is required to climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
