Greystar has an immediate opening for a Housekeeper. Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is highly desired.

What your day might look like

· Performs tasks to ensure the overall cleanliness of vacant apartment homes as well as community spaces (including leasing office, amenities spaces, hallways and elevators)

· Remove litter, debris to ensure all common areas are kept neat

· Sanitation of all community spaces

· Maintaining an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies, and informs the appropriate supervisor when a re-order is necessary

· Informing appropriate supervisor of any observed potential hazard

What we are looking for

· Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred

· Strong attention to detail with ability to work independently

· Must be able to handle a variety of cleaning chemicals, including some that may require premixing

· Must be able to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas and be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
