Join our team! Galloway Ridge is an upscale continuing care retirement community located between Chapel Hill and Pittsboro in Chatham County, NC. We are currently seeking an energetic Housekeeper to join our team on a Part-time basis- hours will be 5:00pm-10:00pm Monday to Friday. This individual will be responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping services duties to maintain the Galloway Ridge campus in a neat, orderly, and sanitary condition according to established policies and procedures. Responsible for maintaining assigned resident rooms, residences, common areas, all ancillary service outlets, and any other areas in a clean, tidy, and sanitary manner.

• At least 1 year housekeeping-related experience is preferred. Some on-the-job training will be provided.
• Preferred knowledge of general housekeeping practices including cleaning equipment, cleaning solutions, and solution mixing procedures.
• Must be able to follow written or oral instructions.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be willing to perform duties inside and outside the facility when necessary.
• Must enjoy working with and have the ability to cooperate with other employees and leadership staff.
• Must be willing and eager to work with and provide assistance to the residents of the facility.
• Must have a genuine interest in geriatric care and must believe in and uphold the philosophy of Galloway Ridge.
• Must be able to work independently.
