A High Net Worth Principal has an immediate need for a highly experienced House Manager to provide seamless support in all home operational affairs. In this incredibly dynamic role, you will act as a right-hand person to one of the most influential families in all of San Francisco. We are looking for a professional who is ambitious, resourceful, organized, flexible, and quick on their feet. This is an amazing opportunity to partner with a highly esteemed family to make an incredible impact by improving their home operations and processes, overseeing staff, and taking charge of a wide range of special projects from start to finish.

***This role is 4 days on, 3 off and 12 hour shifts***

What you’ll accomplish:

  • On-site managing the staff schedules, overseeing all staff and adjusting priorities
  • Making the rounds around the home to be sure things are completely efficiently and at a high quality. Providing feedback and coaching to household staff.
  • Problem solving and maximizing efficiencies for the home operations including updating and streamlining systems, processes, and house manuals
  • Manage communication for high-profile family such as screening and prioritizing incoming emails, correspondence, and phone calls
  • Maintain an extremely active home calendar of projects, meetings, and events
  • Take charge of planning and executing high-end events
  • Act as a liaison between vendors, and maintain purchase and other documentation related to high-valued items
  • Take ownership of special projects when necessary

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • At least 10 years of personal/household management experience OR operational experience within high end hospitality organizations
  • Demonstrated background in successful managing operations and efficiencies, staff management, and project management
  • Incredible time management skills and ability to follow through with all tasks in a timely manner
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional communication skills and solid independent judgment
  • Must be proficient in MS Outlook
  • Ability to deliver top notch quality of service
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organization
  • Capability to multitask and manage several competing priorities
  • Positive, professional, and “will do” attitude with a high standard of work
  • 24/7 mentality
