Salary/Shift: $20 Days/Swings: $22: Nights/Grave
Status: Full Time

Responsibilities:Monarch Casino Resort Spa seeks a Lobby Attendant to work in the lobby of our Resort. In this role, you will greet guests at the front door or entrance, direct them to the right areas, and keep the lobby looking presentable. You will also answer guests’ questions that are within your scope. While there are no formal educational qualifications for this job, our ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills and some experience in a customer service role.

• Provide upkeep to the lobby areas to ensure they are clean and presentable
• Greet and assist guest, directing them as needed
• Provide customer service and answer guests’ questions
• Lift bags or other objects as needed
• Assist guests with special needs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Experience in a customer service role (preferred)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Friendly and helpful demeanor
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible schedule to work various shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays
