Our Newly renovated Springhill Suites is hiring Prior to re-opening. The Hotel is not currently open. This is a wonderful oppertunity to get in on the ground floor!

A certain amount of flexibility is required as Hotels are open 24/7

As a Front Desk Associate, you would be responsible for assisting our guests with the highest level of customer service.

Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist fellow co-workers and Front Office leadership with the checking in and checking out of guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries and in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Provide driving directions to guests to local destinations
• Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel, including, but not limited to, directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, hotel events and local and community events and attractions
• Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
• Provide or obtain accurate information
• Have fun!

Must be able to pass Drug and Background Screening

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

• Dallas, TX 75220: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
