Hotel Assistant General Manager - Tru by Hilton
Job description
To include, but not limited to:
- Day to day leadership
- Creating and maintaining a unique guest experience
- Driving and development of people
- Executing Brand standards
- Drive improvement in guest satisfaction goals
- Collaborate with colleagues, other managers and hotel members to establish services and programs that meet or exceed expectations.
- Help wherever is needed
- Ensure a safe environment for guests and associates
- Action plans
- Address sales calls and meet group expectations
- Outside sales calls - establish connections and trust from companies and drive revenues
- Hotel/site tours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
