Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcomes and greets all guests
• Walks guests to tables, engaging in conversation along the way
• Communicate with the Maître’D any open tables, long waits or guest issues
• Full understanding of company information, including but not limited to hours of operations, directions, awareness of neighborhood and company properties
• Master operations of the Open Table system
• Complete all opening and closing side-work as assigned
• Open all wine and champagne bottles using proper wine service techniques
• Ensure accuracy of guest checks and promptly process payments
• Interact in courteous and professional manner with guests, supervisors, and co-workers
• Complete running side-work throughout the shift as assigned
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all service areas
