Hospitality Coordinator
The Hospitality Coordinator is directly responsible for the delivery of food for the entire catering operation at Wintrust Field. The catering operation consists of 16 luxury suites with a full-service menu, as well as Jim Beam and Schaumburg Clubs. This position will be expected to manage suite attendants to accomplish superior customer service at Wintrust Field. This position will require someone with excellent time management, customer service, and management skills.
*This is a Seasonal Full Time Position (May-September)*
This position will be required to work a varied schedule that will include evenings, nights, and weekends. Required to work all home games and other events at Wintrust Field.
The Hospitality Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Tickets and Hospitality.
DUTIES:
- Responsible for ensuring the delivery of food to all catering venues in a timely fashion without sacrificing quality and presentation of food
- Schedule suite attendants and bar tenders
- Collaborate Head Chef/Kitchen Manager and all other Catering Kitchen employees
- Establish a high standard of sanitation and cleanliness in all catering venues, and train employees to do so as well, to meet all health code regulations
- Establish proper inventory par levels and monitor those levels daily
- Report any problem to the Director of Tickets and Hospitality in a timely manner
- Some limited sales responsibilities
- All other duties as assigned
COMPENSATION:
- $2,500 per month plus portion of gratuity
