Hospice Community Liaison acts as aresource for the agency. The Community Liaison is directly responsible developing and sustaining strong working relationships in hospitals, facilities and clinical settings with physicians, medical professionals, discharge planners, and others who refer or potentially refer to hospice to increase referrals and admissions. Meeting with the patients/families as needed to provide education on the benefits of hospice care.

• The ideal candidate for this job must have marketing experience in the Hospice/Home Health Care field.
• Be able to communicate effectively with physicians and staff. Be self-motivated to grow hospice census to its maximum potential, have the ability to create new relationships, and cultivate relationships from their own current book of business.
• Must be professional, outgoing and have an ability to adapt quickly to new people and situations.

*Must be creative, open minded, persistent and motivated in order to find new ways to build relationships during lock downs.

To be considered for this position, you must have Hospice Community Liaison experience. Only qualified candidates will be considered for this position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
