Our client is an early stage Hospice agency in Huntingdon Valley, PA, looking for a full time Business Development Manager.

Base Salary: $65,000-75,000/year PLUS uncapped commission!

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives and plans to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the Hospice start up agency. This candidate will be focused, have strong communication skills and able to take direction when needed. They should be able to think critically when making marketing and sales plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Highly preferred: knowledge about hospice care, HIPAA, have hospice sales/marketing experience, have current contacts/connections in the healthcare field.

Responsibilities

• Identify partnership and referral opportunities within Phila, Bucks and Montco
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Maintain existing business and relationships
• Think critically when planning to assure project success
• B2B and inside sales, marketing and business development

Requirements

• at least 2-3 years of experience with hospice sales OR other marketing or business development fields
• Reliable vehicle and valid Driver's license for B2B sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
• Have existing relationships within the hospice care industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
