Currently, we are looking for a Full-Time Home Health Aide & Assistant Intake Coordinator. The Home Health Aide should be available to travel within Lubbock and it's 60-mile radius. It is a requirement to have an active Texas Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license.
JOB DUTIES:
- HHA will be responsible for helping patients on our home health and hospice care to maintain their personal health and hygiene in their place of residence, Nursing Homes, Assisted Livings, and so on.
- Assist with daily activities of living such as bathing, dressing, grooming
- Light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Prepare a meal
- Along with the aforementioned responsibilities duties, the HHA will perform the duties on the home health/hospice care order by the provider
- This position requires assisting the Intake Coordinator in office work when not visiting patients.
Requirements:
· Driver’s license
· Reliable transportation
· Must be 18 years old
· Certified Nurse Assistant active Texas license
-Willingness/availability to work on the weekends
