Job description
Homewatch CareGivers of Loudoun provides care for individuals in their own homes. We care for all ages, assisting clients with a team of skilled care providers including Certified Nurse Aides, Personal Care Assistants, and Companions.
You are the point person for promoting the agency’s vision and mission in the marketplace and generating revenue through field sales. You’ll identify and prioritize accounts in accordance with the business plan strategy for the market, foster productive relationships, and close deals.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in Home Care, Home Health or Assisted Living sales/marketing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
- Must be comfortable tracking details and handling multiple priorities
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and Outlook
- Must pass background screening and drug test
Major Responsibilities
- Develop and execute on a marketing plan to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential referral sources within the agency’s territory and surrounding area
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with all referral sources, including but not limited to the following: hospitals, independent living facilities, assisted living facilities, sub-acute rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, skilled home health care agencies, hospice providers, and physicians/nurse practitioners
- Execute marketing campaigns from Homewatch International, Inc. and offer feedback on their effectiveness
- Establish and maintain brand awareness through referral source contacts, trade shows, conferences, and community education efforts
- Represent the agency and its services in a professional, competent and responsive manner
- Work effectively with agency management and staff to grow the business
- Preparing weekly reports of marketing/sales activity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
